Castrol Anvol WG 46 is an HFC type fire resistant hydraulic fluid made from achemically balanced blend of water, glycol, a polymeric lubricity and thickening agent,and additives to further improve lubricity and provide corrosion protection and extendservice life. Castrol Anvol WG 46 has excellent fire resistance demonstrated by the factthat the fluid cannot be ignited and has no flash point and exceeds the requirements ofBritish Coal Board NCB 570/1981 and Bureau of Indian Standards IS 10532 Part III.
